All of the “Title Support Services” advances are timely, exciting, and important. The “Zero Landfill Status” is an important accomplishment. I knew I was destined for a career in the printing industry while still in high school. I pursued my goal at Ferris State University and graduated with a B.S. in vocational education, Printing Major, with a minor in Business. During the years that followed I also took a number of business courses at the University of Michigan.

After college I entered the world of book manufacturing as a Customer Service Representative working with the company’s major accounts. This position allowed me to learn the business from start to finish, without the convenience of today’s computers that make it easy to track jobs—now that was fun! During this time I was able to develop my sales skills, which lead me to a career change to sales and marketing. At first I focused on developing and growing market regions to the point that a full time sales representative was warranted. This lead to various leadership roles in other companies. Now I am putting my background and knowledge in the industry to good use as a National Sales Representative with Edwards Brothers Malloy, where I am thoroughly enjoying helping self-publishers and medium to large publishing companies achieve their goals.
