I grew up in the printing industry with most of my family working in the field. I hired into Edwards Brothers Malloy in the bindery almost 21 years ago. While in the bindery I learned a variety of machines and still have a fondness for the collators. After five years in the company I became a backup for the quality control department where I learned the skills of spotting an excellent book. In 2007 I became a back-up Customer Service Representative and in 2016 was promoted to a full time position in customer service.
