With six years previous printing experience, I began my career at Edwards Brothers Malloy in September 1994. I had just recently moved from Michigan to North Carolina so I began working in the Lillington, North Carolina plant as an “on call” in the bindery area. I was only in the bindery area for two days when I was asked if I would be interested in working on the switchboard. My switchboard career did not last very long either – 1 week later I was moved to Customer Service as an assistant to one of the CSR’s. In January 1996 I moved back to Michigan, working in the Estimating Department for a few months until a position opened in Customer Service. In March 1996, I moved to the role of CSA (Customer Service Assistant) which I held until 1998 when I became a Customer Service Rep – the position I hold today. Over the years I have worked with several of the very large publishers. I currently work with one large account and several smaller ones. I enjoy getting to know each customer and I have established many friendships over the years.
