CREDIT AND PAYMENT

There are a number of ways you can pay for your work at Edwards Brothers Malloy. We accept checks, cashiers check, and money orders. We also accept most credit cards and PayPal as non-standard payment methods.

Terms

With most first-time customers we require full payment prior to shipment. However, we are willing to extend payment terms provided that you pass a credit check. To obtain credit terms with Edwards Brothers Malloy, complete a Credit Application , and either email or fax a copy to our credit department (contact information listed below). All information will be held in strict confidence.

Credit Card, PayPal & eCheck Payment

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover. We also accept PayPal. We add a convenience fee of 3% to all transactions paid by credit card and PayPal. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will need to submit a Credit Card Authorization Form (contact information listed below). Our customers also have the added convenience of paying via eCheck with no additional fee.

If you are a registered user of PayPal, we will ask you for the email address which you have registered with PayPal. We will initiate a “Request for Payment” for all PayPal payments. You will receive an email from PayPal asking you to authorize payment, you then click a button and follow the instructions given to you from there.

We assess a fee to credit card transactions in order to recoup some of the cost associated with accepting them. When you pay by credit card or PayPal, Edwards Brothers Malloy is assessed a processing fee by the credit card company or PayPal. The fees average out to about 3% of the amount of the transaction. This expense is not something we account for in our standard pricing; we prefer to give you the option to pay for only those services you wish to utilize.

Sales Tax Exemption

If you are located in Michigan, California, Illinois, or New York, and we ship your product to those states, Edwards Brothers Malloy is required to add sales tax to your invoice if we do not have a sales tax exemption certificate on file.
