Customer Service Representative
I first joined Edwards Brothers Malloy in 1998 as a Customer Service Assistant. I quickly realized that the printing industry is an ever changing field that you will never get bored with. In 2008, I was promoted to a Customer Service Representative. I currently service customers based out of the North Eastern Region as well as our partners in the United Kingdom. I am extremely proud of the relationships that I have built with them on both a personal and professional level. I have enjoyed watching this company advance technologically and excel in the book manufacturing business.
