I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for all your work with my book project. My students picked them up yesterday and absolutely loved them. The print quality is fantastic and the cover is exactly what we had hoped for. Even though I'm sure our order is minuscule compared to the runs that Malloy usually processes, I feel that our project was still given the same kind of service and attention as an order ten times its size. It's rare that such customer service still exists, and I can't thank you enough for your help.

After graduating from Bard College with a B.A. in 1983, I did what all-good liberal arts degree carrying new graduates do and headed for the world of publishing. I spent my formative production and manufacturing years learning from and working with John Wiley & Sons and the formally independent Prentice Hall. In 1990, I moved into sales working with full color component printers and book manufacturers.
In July 2002, I joined Edwards Brothers Malloy and have been enjoying working with the customer service team. We have had the opportunity to build our customer base concentrating in the New York City area, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., and Maryland.
